Booking Policy

1. The number of guests (pax) indicated in the reservation form is non-refundable in case of a decrease in the final headcount.

2. Downgrading of reservations is not allowed.

3. The quoted amount is final and must be paid in full.

4. Ensure the final and correct headcount before booking.

5. Children 4 years old and below stay free of charge. Those 5 years old and above will be charged the adult rate.

6. No revisions to the quotation will be accepted on the day of check-in.

7. No cancellations are allowed.

8. No-show policy: Failure to appear on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the downpayment.

9. One-time rebooking is allowed at least 7 days before the original check-in date, subject to availability.

10. Last-minute rebooking is not permitted. The downpayment will be forfeited to compensate for the resort's lost opportunities.

Inclusions

1. Use of Narra and/or Puas Treehouse, a 3-story bamboo treehouse with a private comfort room (bidet, shower, flush toilet), dining area, double-deck beds, and ample space for extra beds.

2. Free boat transfer to the resort.

3. Enjoy swimming in the spa-equipped pool and kiddie pool.

4. Free lake swimming.

5. Free fishing—bring your own fishing gear.

6. Free use of a floating bamboo raft for fishing or relaxation.

7. Free use of a griller and portable camping stove.

8. Bring your own food and drinks - group meals are available upon pre-order at least 7 days in advance.

9. Explore nature with a scenic walk around the property.

10. Enjoy a rustling bonfire at night.

House Rules

1. No smoking or vaping inside the treehouses.

2. Use designated areas for cooking and washing dishes.

3. Food and drinks are not allowed on the 3rd floor of the treehouses—please use the dining area.

4. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone’s comfort, if assistance is needed, feel free to ask our staff.

5. Please treat staff and guests with respect. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises.

6. The management shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, fatalities, or loss of personal belongings, while staying at the resort.

Swimming Pool Policy

1. No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.

2. No diving—the pool depth is 4–5 feet.

3. Appropriate swimwear is required.

4. Please rinse off before entering the pool.

5. No drinks, food, alcoholic beverages or pets in the pool area.

6. Do not enter the pool if intoxicated to prevent accidents.

7. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

Pet Policy

1. Only small dog breeds are allowed.

2. One pet per group is permitted. Additional pets will incur a fee of Php 100 per pet.

3. Pets must be in diapers and on a leash at all times within the property.

4. A Php 500 cleaning fee will be charged for pet stains (urine or feces) on bedding.

5. Owners must clean up after their pets in treehouses and other areas.

6. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

7. If a pet attacks or bites anyone, the owner is financially responsible for all medical expenses.

8. The management shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, fatalities, or loss of pets, while staying at the resort.

 

Transportation and Parking Fee

1. Search for Lagpan Boat Terminal or Bukal High School on Google Maps—this is where pickup will take place.

2. There is an environmental fee of Php 50 per person upon entering Poblacion.

3. Parking fee: Php 100 per car per night at Lagpan.

What to Bring

1. Bring your own food and drinks, including drinking water.

2. Bring extra blankets and towels—blankets are provided only for double-deck beds.

3. Pack a hygiene kit (toothpaste, soap, etc.).

4. For added comfort, bring insect repellent.

5. Bring butane for the camping stove and charcoal for the griller (camping stove and griller are provided).

6. Bring cooking utensils if you plan to cook.

Sari-sari stores and mini groceries are available in Bukal and Lagpan for small essentials like butane, charcoal, and ice.
