Booking Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation

  • All reservations must be secured with a valid payment method or deposit.  

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.  

2. Cancellation & Modification 

  • Free cancellations and modifications are allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date.  

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay.  

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM.  

  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.  

4. Payment Terms

  •  Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.  

  •  Full payment must be completed upon check-in unless otherwise stated.  

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must present a valid ID upon check-in.  

  • Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements may be charged to the guest.  

6. Special Requests

  • Requests for specific rooms, views, or amenities are subject to availability.  

7. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or emergencies.
