Booking Policy
1. Reservation Confirmation

All reservations must be secured with a valid payment method or deposit.

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
2. Cancellation & Modification

Free cancellations and modifications are allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay.
3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
